SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: WF7
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-3:35pm (Term Time Only)
Salary: £19,000-£20,000 per year

NextGen Teachers are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive specialist school in WF7, working with pupils who have Autism (ASD) and Complex Needs (PMLD).

You'll help children develop communication, independence, and social skills through structured, engaging activities - creating a calm and nurturing learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, ASD, or complex needs (school or care setting)

• Comfortable providing personal care

• Patient, adaptable, and reliable

• Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
