SEN Secondary Teacher - Leeds
Pay: £160 - £200 per day
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

About the Role:
NextGen Teachers are working with a supportive secondary school in Leeds seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time, term-time only position starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with SEN.

• Support learners with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

• Develop and implement individual learning plans.

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching or supporting SEN students at secondary level.

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

• Positive, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
