Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm
Start Date: September
Salary: £32,000.00 - 52,000.00 (depending on experience)

NextGen Teachers are looking for Qualified Primary and Secondary Teachers with SEN experience. Whether you are looking for Full-time Permanent Roles or Part-Time Roles. We would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love of learning
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic progress and personal development.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and uphold the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
• Support students' wider development through enrichment opportunities, such as clubs, trips, and extracurricular activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent)
• Passion for Teaching
• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured lessons
• Effective classroom management skills with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• A team player who contributes positively to the department and wider school community
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
