NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work on an ad hoc / supply basis across a range of local Leeds primary schools. This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible work covering sickness, PPA, and short-term absences.

We work with a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Leeds who require reliable supply staff throughout the academic year. This role offers the opportunity to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on your preferences and experience.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide cover for teacher sickness, PPA time and short-term absences
• Maintain positive behaviour management in line with school policies
• Adapt quickly to different school environments
• Mark work where required
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching within UK primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Reliable and punctual
• Available to start ASAP
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
