Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm), term-time only, day-to-day supply cover
Start date: January 2026
Salary: £140 - £212 (depending on experience)

You'll join nurturing school communities that prioritise the wellbeing of both pupils and staff, while playing a key role in helping every learner to thrive.

About the Role

• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Provide tailored support through small group and one-to-one teaching to promote progress, confidence, and independence
• Foster a positive, calm, and purposeful learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to ensure accessibility for all learners
• Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver high-quality, consistent support
• Uphold safeguarding, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of your practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Proven experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every child reach their potential
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and behaviour management skills
• A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
