SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary SEN School - Ealing

A well-established SEN primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-11 with autism and moderate learning difficulties. This long-term role offers consistency, professional development, and the chance to work in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with autism and MLD in small classes (6-8 pupils)
• Assisting with structured routines, sensory activities, and communication strategies
• Collaborating with teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• Helping pupils develop independence and confidence

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with children with SEN (school, nursery, or care setting)
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
