NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for experienced and adaptable Primary PPA Teachers to work on a supply basis across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who is looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to gain experience in different school settings.

The Role

As a Primary PPA Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Cover classes to allow teachers their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time

• Maintain positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom

• Adapt confidently to different school environments

• Mark work in line with school policies where required

This is flexible supply work, offering both short-term and longer-term placements depending on your availability.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools

• Be confident teaching across multiple year groups

• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
