  • Support pupils during lessons, break times, enrichment activities and educational visits
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families and external professionals
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where pupils can flourish

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
  • A calm, patient and resilient approach, even in challenging situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
  • A willingness to support personal care and medical needs where required
  • Good organisational and record-keeping skills
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
  • A proactive attitude towards training and professional development

What's on Offer:

  • Specialist training in Autism, behaviour support, communication strategies and medical interventions
  • Small class sizes and a child-centred approach to learning
  • Access to a wide range of employee benefits, including financial, health and wellbeing support
  • Generous holiday allowance aligned with school term times
  • Pension scheme and additional staff perks and discounts
  • The opportunity to work within a setting where every day brings meaningful and rewarding experiences
