ASAP Start | Full-Time (Term-Time Only) | 8:30am-3:30pm

NextGen Teachers are recruiting passionate SEN Support Assistants to join a fantastic specialist school in Leeds, supporting students aged 4-18 with a wide range of needs including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, physical/medical needs, Down syndrome and behavioural needs.

We are looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants who are available to start ASAP and who are passionate about making a difference supporting children with complex needs on a full-time basis.

What you'll do:

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support

• Assist with personal care, mobility and communication (training provided)

• Support sensory, therapeutic and engaging learning activities

• Encourage independence, confidence and well-being

• Work closely with teaching and healthcare teams

We're looking for:

• Compassionate, patient and proactive team players

• Confidence working with complex needs or limited communication

• Experience in SEN or care settings (preferred, not essential)

• A genuine passion for supporting young people
