Job Opportunity: Learning Manager - Secondary School (Barnsley)
Salary: £100/day | Term-Time Only | Monday-Friday

NextGen Teachers is looking for an experienced Learning Manager to join a secondary school in Barnsley. This is a vital pastoral role, supporting student welfare, behaviour, and the Senior Leadership Team in creating a safe and positive learning environment.
About the Role:
Provide active supervision across the school and support students with behavioural needs.
Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to maintain high standards of student wellbeing.
Promote a positive and safe school culture.
Who We're Looking For:
Strong experience working with children, particularly in behaviour or pastoral support.
Sound knowledge of safeguarding practices (Level 3 desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in managing challenging behaviour with patience and professionalism.
