About the Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils across different schools, year groups and learning environments.

Depending on the assignment, you could be providing classroom support, working 1:1 with a pupil or delivering small-group interventions.

Many of our schools support pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH, so this is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience across a range of educational settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers with classroom learning
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Helping pupils access the curriculum
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working alongside teachers and wider school staff

Who We're Looking For

You don't necessarily need experience across every area. We're interested in people who are reliable, adaptable, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children and young people.

Experience supporting SEND, Autism, ADHD or SEMH is desirable but not essential.
