Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker or Support Worker looking for flexible work?

NextGen Teachers is recruiting Supply LSAs to support secondary-aged pupils across specialist SEN schools and mainstream schools with SEND provisions in Redhill.

The Role

• Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers and SEN teams
