NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join support specialist and mainstream schools in Croydon and the surrounding areas to support pupils with learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to students' individual needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning strategies
• Help to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and external professionals
• Support the emotional and social development of students with SEN

Requirements:

• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting additional needs
• Patience, empathy, and a flexible, proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
