Science/PE Teacher - Halifax

Contract: Full time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: September
Contract Length: 1 year
Salary: £33,000 - £50,000 annually depending on experience

Are you a Science Teacher who can also teach PE? We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Halifax this September.

You'll be teaching Science and PE, delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils and support them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Science and PE lessons.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide appropriate feedback.
• Support positive behaviour and high standards of learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school team.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Science within a secondary school.
• Ability and confidence to teach PE.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, reliable and adaptable approach.
