NextGen Teachers are working in partnership with a number of SEN schools based in Bradford and Keighley to recruit a SEN Supply Teaching Assistant for day-to-day supply work, starting ASAP.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is looking for flexible, rewarding work within a supportive school environment.

Candidates applying MUST be able to accept work and calls from 7:00am - 8:30am Monday - Friday and MUST have experience working with Individuals who live with Special Needs. Candidates MUST also be comfortable with Personal care.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs on a day-to-day basis

• Working alongside class teachers and the SEN team to support learning and wellbeing

• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience desirable)

• Is patient, nurturing, and adaptable

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Is reliable and flexible for day-to-day supply work

• Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS on the update service
