The Role

You will deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that challenge and inspire students, while fostering a respectful and supportive learning environment where every learner is encouraged to succeed. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, severe learning difficulties and multiple learning disabilities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teaching Status)
• Have experience teaching in a specialist setting
• Be passionate about teaching and able to spark curiosity and a love of learning
• Be committed to supporting students of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their full potential
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a supportive team culture
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have an enhanced child and adult DBS (or willingness to complete one)
