Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour
• Assisting with transitions, routines, and therapeutic activities
• Working alongside teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff
• Helping pupils build resilience and self-esteem

You'll need:

• Experience in SEMH, PRU, or mainstream with high SEN intake
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• A nurturing, empathetic approach
