A secondary SEN school in Northolt is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-18 with autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a well-resourced school with a strong focus on inclusion and independence.

Your role will involve:

• Supporting pupils across subjects including English, Maths, and Life Skills
• Adapting learning materials and activities to suit individual needs
• Promoting independence, confidence, and social skills
• Working closely with the SENCO and therapy team

We're looking for:

• Experience in SEN, youth work, or care settings
• Ability to adapt and differentiate learning
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
