An independent SEMH school in Acton is seeking a resilient and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to work with KS2 pupils in a therapeutic setting. This temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone with experience in SEMH, youth work, or trauma-informed care.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils with SEMH and ASC in small, structured classes
• Implementing behaviour support plans and therapeutic strategies
• Building trust and rapport with pupils who've experienced trauma
• Working closely with therapists, teachers, and pastoral staff

We're looking for:

• Experience in SEMH, PRU, or youth support settings
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour
• A trauma-informed, relationship-first approach
