Are you passionate about supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs?
 An independent SEMH school in Acton is seeking a resilient and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to work with KS2 pupils in a therapeutic setting. This temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone with experience in SEMH, youth work, or trauma-informed care.
Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and ASC in small, structured classes
- Implementing behaviour support plans and therapeutic strategies
- Building trust and rapport with pupils who've experienced trauma
- Working closely with therapists, teachers, and pastoral staff
We're looking for:
- Experience in SEMH, PRU, or youth support settings
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour
- A trauma-informed, relationship-first approach
