NextGen Teachers is working with a growing network of nurseries and early years settings across West Sussex and East Surrey, providing experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support with planned absences, staff shortages and long-term cover.

The Role

As a supply Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children from babies through to pre-school age, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and develop.

You'll be working alongside welcoming nursery teams, following each setting's routines and providing high-quality care throughout the day.

We're looking for people who:

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Are passionate about supporting young children's learning and development
• Have a caring, positive and reliable approach
• Can build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to apply for one)
