ICT Teacher Required - Immediate Start

Pay: £140-£200 per day, dependent on experience

NextGen Teachers are urgently recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable ICT Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the LS15 area of Leeds.

This is an immediate-start opportunity, with the potential for a long-term placement for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who can bring ICT and computing to life in the classroom, engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4, and deliver exciting, effective lessons that inspire the next generation of digital learners.

If you are an experienced ICT Teacher, a qualified Computing Teacher or an enthusiastic educator with strong subject knowledge, we would love to hear from you!

The Role:

• Teaching ICT / Computing across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Making complex digital concepts accessible and interesting for students
• Supporting pupils to develop their digital literacy and computing skills
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Working collaboratively with the wider teaching department
• Contributing positively to the school's learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in ICT, Computing or Digital Technology
• Experience teaching within a secondary school environment
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• The ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• A positive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
• Available to start ASAP
