Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Pay: £100-£130 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Short-Term and Long-Term Supply Opportunities
Start Date: September 2026

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain focused and on task. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting students to stay engaged with their learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons across a variety of subjects using pre-set work
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work
• Support a calm, safe, and productive learning environment
• Provide feedback to teaching staff where required
• Build positive relationships with students and staff

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are confident, proactive, and reliable, with experience working with young people such as in schools, sports coaching, or youth work. You should be able to manage classroom behaviour effectively, adapt to different school settings, and maintain a professional and enthusiastic approach. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required or willingness to obtain one.
