Cleaner - Supply / Temporary Work

NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Cleaners to work on a supply and temporary basis across schools and educational settings in Bradford.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible cleaning work, with assignments available on a temporary and supply basis.

The Role

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. Duties may include:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas
• Cleaning toilets and other facilities
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces
• Following health and safety and hygiene procedures
• Ensuring cleaning standards are consistently maintained

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and respectful when working within a school environment
• Flexible and available for supply/temporary assignments
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential depending on the role

Essential Requirements

Candidates must be able to provide two professional references covering the last 24 months.

Successful applicants will also be required to complete the appropriate recruitment and safeguarding checks before commencing work.
