The Fast Track

• Start Date: Immediate Start available.

• The Process: Move quickly from application to a Paid Trial Day.

• Pay: Competitive daily rates (Weekly PAYE).

• Hours: 8:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only).

• Location: Croydon (Specialist Primary & Secondary phases).

The Role: Impact Through Connection

Working across both Primary and Secondary phases, you will be a consistent presence for students who need it most. This role is about more than just classroom assistance; it's about providing the "care-first" support that helps students with SEMH and complex needs engage with the world around them.

• Emotional Support: Assist pupils with emotional regulation and help them navigate positive behaviour choices in a calm manner.

• Targeted Intervention: Deliver 1:1 support and small group sessions that help bridge the gap between students and their learning goals.

• Collaborative Environment: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to adapt materials and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom.

• Independence: Foster professional relationships that empower young people to build their own confidence.
