A well-established specialist school in Redhill is looking for a confident, compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This role is perfect for someone who balances a nurturing "care-first" approach with the ability to mentor teenagers (ages 11-16) as they navigate their academic and social development.

The Role

• Pay: Competitive daily rates of £90 - £100 per day (Weekly PAYE).

• Contract: 12-week Temp-to-Perm (following a successful trial day).

• Hours: 8:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only).

• Location: Redhill (Excellent public transport links).

• Focus: Supporting Autism (ASC) and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
