The Highlights

• Pay: Competitive daily rates of £90 - £110 per day (Weekly PAYE).
• Contract: 12-week Temp-to-Perm following a successful trial day.
• Hours: 8:45am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only).
• Location: Burgess Hill (Well connected by public transport).
• Start Date: Immediate Start available.
• Support: Free pre-placement training to help you transition your skills into the classroom.

Your Impact as a SEND Teaching Assistant

Supporting pupils across Primary and Secondary age groups, you will provide the essential "wraparound" support that allows students with additional needs to thrive. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Holistic Support: Providing 1:1 care and tailored assistance to help pupils navigate their school day with confidence.
• Nurturing Environment: Creating a calm, safe, and structured space where every child feels valued and understood.
• Relationship Building: Developing deep, trusting bonds that focus on the "whole child," boosting their self-esteem and social skills.
• Collaborative Care: Working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure lesson delivery is accessible, inclusive, and gentle.
