Are you passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs?
NextGen Teachers are recruiting for a SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil aged 16 in a specialist SEMH school in Horsham.
The pupil is working at a KS4 academic level and requires consistent support to help with emotional regulation, confidence and engagement in lessons.
This is a highly rewarding role supporting a young person to re-engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies.
The role is starting ASAP until Easter, with the potential to extend as they are recruiting permanently.

- Passionate about helping young people succeed
- Able to build trusting and positive relationships
- A strong team player
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) will be required.
