Are you a recent graduate looking to build a rewarding career supporting children with special educational needs?

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, communication difficulties and complex learning needs.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils to engage positively with their learning, develop confidence and feel fully included within the school environment.

You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide patient, nurturing and individualised support, adapting activities and approaches to meet each child's unique needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate with a genuine interest in SEN, education, psychology, childhood studies or a related field
• Passionate about supporting children to reach their potential
• Patient, nurturing and empathetic
• Confident building positive relationships with children
• Interested in developing a career within education or SEN
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• Minimum 4/C in English and Maths GCSE
