NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to work on a supply basis across secondary schools in the Bradford area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who enjoys inspiring students through creativity and artistic expression. The role offers flexible supply work, including short-term, long-term, and day-to-day placements within supportive secondary school environments.
The Role:
- Delivering engaging Art lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Encouraging creativity, confidence, and artistic development in students
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Preparing and delivering inspiring lessons and practical activities
- Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve their potential
- Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for creative education and student engagement
- Flexible, adaptable, and reliable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
