We are excited to share the news that NextGen Teachers is expanding with the opening of our new office in Crawley covering Sussex and Surrey. This marks the first step in our journey to expand NextGen, bringing our specialist education recruitment services to the South East. 

Leading this exciting new venture are three exceptional recruiters—Gabby, Bethan, and Karen—who bring years of experience, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to supporting educators and schools in the region.

At NextGen Teachers, we specialise in connecting educators with teaching opportunities in local community schools and multi-academy trusts. From qualified teachers and teaching assistants to tutors, we supply professionals for both short-term and long-term roles in Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools. Under the leadership of Charley Alexander, our Head of NextGen Teachers, we bring a deep understanding of the education sector.

Our mission is to make a difference in the education sector—not only by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions but by actively supporting our communities. From hosting networking events and running workshops in schools to creating collaboration among local educators, we are committed to adding value beyond recruitment.
