We're recruiting for a qualified SENCO to join a small, independent SEN school in Croydon. The school supports secondary school aged learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, including autism and ADHD.

You'll need:
✔ SENCO qualification (or working towards)
✔ QTS status
✔ Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
✔ A passion for helping every young person reach their potential
✔ Experience supporting SEMH needs and working with local authorities
